Can anyone enlighten me why this layers are grayed out? I have all these DLCs installed (LIRR M7, Sand Patch Grade, Horseshoe). Do I need something else to enable them
The layer menu can't show you a requirement if it's not installed. A frustrating limitation of the current system. Looking at the differences between your menu and mine, it seems you are missing Long Island Rail Road and Peninsula Corridor.
It's the old LIRR. Trenton was made for TSW3, and LIRR Commuter didn't exist back then, so the layer is activated by the old TSW2020 LIRR. Since DTG don't tend to revisit old routes when they update new ones, the layer wasn't changed.
