Yes and I am on PC(Steam) I have managed to find one service that I was able to complete without any crashing. That was with Acella and it was service 2150. Frame rates were not great at times but was able to arrive early at both of my stations.
For us 8th gen players the timetable is just too intense for the console to handle, it doesn’t have enough memory. I’d stick with the original (reduced) timetable until you can upgrade.
The new timetable requires a bunch of memory which is causing all these issues. If you are on last gen or don't have a good enough pc, you can start running into issues
