Be great to have the Newcastle metro on this it is a realistic route, they have new trains coming to the line made by stadler, the route is a descent size, experience Newcastle and Sunderland be great add on to the game
Time to add it into the game and what makes this unique is that the Tyne and Wear Metro uses Punktförmige Zugbeeinflussung like a German and future Austrian route making it the only British route to have Punktförmige Zugbeeinflussung. Keep in mind PZB Tyne and Wear Metro does not interfere with AWS TPWS on shared Network Rail tracks around Sunderland area
Metro would be good but I still recall the old Tyneside diesel network, the queues outside Newcastle Central on a sunny Saturday of people wanting to make their way to Tynemouth and Whitley Bay. I even just about remember travelling on one of the electric trains but can’t say whether it was an EPB or original LNER type.
