It won't let me register! It says my IP is blocked, even though it's dynamically allocated by my ISP.
Which country are you from? High Iron Facebook page is region blocked in Hungary. Can't be personal, might be a BNSF relic. I also don't fancy registering btw. Too many websites. Feels like the early 2000s with purses holding 50+ credit and membership cards.
I knew they IP blocked Russia and China, but blocking the UK is truly hilarious. No great loss regardless.
Registering and logging into the RWA's forums are such a hassle, its not even worth it from the US side....
Good news! Using another UK based IP I've managed to register on RWA forum and can see the post that Woodland Tracks has linked to. I've no idea why the registration blocked my home IP, but now I'm a registered user I can still log into the forum from home. I see posts have to be moderated before display. Is this permanent, or does it get lifted after a while?
No, unlike some forums you do not have to be a member to read the forums or download any item in the library. You do have to be a member to post (not unreasonable) and need 2 posts before you can PM another member. There is no charge to be a member. The entire site is funded by Donations and Donationware none of which is compulsory. It is however a requirement that members respect other members. I am UK based member of quite a few years and have had no problem registering or in access
No more than registering with any other forum. As per mindenjohn proper forum etiquette is required. Where there is a will there is a way. Congratulations on overcoming all the insurmountable obstacles to join.
All posts are monitored and are removed if in violation of forum rules. Just be respectful, it's not hard. Most of the time it is not what you say but how you say it.
I only used it way back in the day to attempt to get access to the Powder River Route, but I remember it was a bit difficult to set up and use.
It still is. Many bits and pieces. Now with 3DTrains assets gone it really is hard to get this excellent route. People who have then will pass them if asked.
Getting on RWA is really difficult. You must provide a name, your e-mail address, a proposed password. You must answer a conformation when RWA sends you a e-mail confirming you are who you say you are. Very difficult for some on here.
You missed the smiley. I do not know the answer , but am sure someone does. Just checked RWA but no info there yet
There is an update over at. .. . https://railworksamerica.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=25053&p=279653&e=279653
Can't even log into RWA anymore, it tells me my username and password are wrong, they are not they're saved in GPM. Probably got booted for inactivity, meh, oh well.
I did, it's still Reef... Well ReefGB to be precise as some git had the audacity to nick Reef.. When I say name and password it was telling me incorrect name at one point and then incorrect password at another attempt, like I said it's all autofill with GPM so nothing I could mis-click or type.
Well, GPM was wrong. Better try it by hand. And we all know what to to when we can not remember pw / name . . . . click the linj
Only applies to US gas guzzlers where I believe the average is about 30 Gallons per minute, well on our way to carbon neutral eh..
I could resist until now. Isn't it gallons per mile? If you are standing still a lot, minute makes sense, of course. Like a taxi waiting for boarding. Girls Prefer Mojito
Could still be gallons per minute, just under very different circumstances. Consider the units one would use when talking about the amount of water that flows through a pipe, for example.
The winning entries have been posted. Congratulations to Jalsina and Iron Bladder on a win in the screenshot contest. https://railworksamerica.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=25053
