So basically you just want an extension of the existing Oakville route which is the part of this around Hamilton. As has been stated, DTG said they don't have the licensing for the consumer parts. Could add the AMTRAK bit and the CN parts are already in it. However, the forum was very upset it didn't have commuter runs in it, so it didn't do as well as hoped. It's a fair criticism in that much of the traffic in that area would be commuter stuff in real life. Now they could "fake it" but there's also a huge outcry against that too... so Oakville sits as it is. Pity because it's a really nice route, very detailed. A few bugs and not modern lighting, but so much wasted potential.
