Hello everyone, after I just purchased the standard edition as a pre order, like 20 seconds before that offer ended on steam and downloading the game, I ran into a problem. After transferring my progress from TSW2 with my Dovetail Live account, I cant access any route, except the training grounds. Since I bought the standard edition, it should have at least the three core routes new with this game. My other routes are mostly not compatible, except Nahverkehr Dresden, which ofc doesnt show up as well, but I saw threads alrdy that its not uploaded/live yet. Me being unable the vanilla, core routes which I bought with the TSW4 game is just a no though, as I didnt play 33€ for a main menu simulator. I went through most menus aldry, thus I think I ran into a bug. Can someone tell me whats going on? Especially someone from the game support? Being unable to access stuff you literally just paid for is a major no no and you just went live according to your own statements. Give me the return for my money or refund me, its easy. And sorry for sounding rude, but Im sitting here with a main menu which cost 33€ + promises that I should get more then that. Regards, minzemango
Update: DLC started downloading, probably will be fine afterwards. Please let us know if the game wont fully launch on a release date as most will assume that 17 UTC was the full release on Steam with all purchased content. Effectively you had a delay, but if you ask for a taxi at a specific time and even pay in advance, you want it PRECISELY on said date and time, so dont expect ppl to not be mad or at least concerned in a more negative way
