I purchased Train Sim World® 2: Peninsula Corridor: San Francisco - San Jose Route Add-On yesterday and also another Add-on the email said go to download and activation code page, which I did, however only the second item activation code was on the page and I didnt receive the activation code for the above, anyone else had this issue and how do you resolve, yes I emailed Customer Service straight away buy no response to these email and yes I checked my junk folder.
There is indeed a problem with the store and delivery of keys as lots of people here and in PC Discussion have reported. Create a support ticket as outlined in the pinned thread in this forum.
