PS4 No Class 33 London Overground Layered

Hi there, please could someone assist me as I am at a loss. The class 33 is not showing up as a layered service on the London Overground route. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both files but nothing. Am I missing something?? I'm on PS5...Thanks in advance

 

Do you have the required route for the 33 and the right layers?

 

Yes have WSR, Class 33, London Overground additionally have cleared cache rebuilt database and restored licenses. Is that the correct route/layers needed?

You need the Flying Scotsman because the 33 uses the MK2’s that come with it.
