No Class 801 In London-peterborough

I have read this a few times but none of the fixes work for me. I do not have the class 801 in-game. I cannot see it in my assets folder, so I don't know what to do. I'm also applying to support but wanted to see if anyone has a quick fix for the issue?

Assets should be in

...Steam(Library)\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\DTG\Class801Pack01\

If not reinstall ECML L-P

Is it listed in your DLC list on Steam? (It's considered a separate DLC from London - Peterborough)
