I’ve driven the Class 166 and the Class 43 and have found that I cannot hear any engine sounds inside the cab. On the pc version you can hear the engines. Makes for a quiet ride, plus I love the sounds of a Diesel engine.
So out of interest, has anyone else noticed that there is no engine sound in the cab of the Class166 GWR?
Yes I have found it is extremely quiet but I remember on one of the dev streams they said it is very quiet in the cab in real so they are just being authentic. It should be very loud in the HST cab though.
