PS4 No München Augsburg Layers?

Is the route just supposed to have no layers at all or did i miss something up? ive restarted the game a few times and i just dont have any layers.

 

Layers had to be removed in this route for ps4 because the game crashed frequently

 

You need to buy a ps5, xbox series or pc. It's not just this route. If you own a ps4 or xbox one, you will not get layers on certain other routes because of lack of memory. For example you don't get layers on London commuter

 

Ps4 can't use the layers
