Feature No Speed Limited Driving Mode For Gathering Shader Cache

    i found out a funny idea myself

    after changing my CPU from 5600x to 9800x3d, so called "stuttering" problems improved a lot.
    like, over >1s of "beeep" moment changed into <0.5s of "bip". and this is in my acceptable range
    but still, stutterings of initial drive after installation of routes and update of graphic driver remains.
    (as far as what i have learned from this forum)

    so i was driving Frankfurt to Fulda as RE50, and i quickly realized that this is my initial drive of this line after updating GPU driver.
    tons of shader gathering moments. so i quit playing and thinking of drive this line with ICE3 first.
    then this idea came up.

    no speed limit, no AI train, no red signal, 300kph with, such as TGV-driving mode only for shader gathering.
    no need to suffer for 160kph speed limits and one and a half hour of initial drive.
    then, like, "ok only enduring 30 mins then i can play this route without any problems"

    what do you guys think of this?
    this idea consists of half nonsense, but half seriousness. as far as i think.
