I noticed within the last week that some of my routes do no give the "SPEEDING" warning when I exceed the speed limit. This is only on some routes, I had been getting them on all routes. Does anyone else have this problem?
I think It depends on the route, as some routes are programmed to be lenient to the speed limit, for example, the Clearwater Creek NG route is a good example of this, you can go up to 19.9 in 18mph zones, another example is the 12mph zone explained below. Here I am going 15.5mph in a 12, and not getting docked points On the other hand, I hit 16mph, I start getting docked points.
I have noticed if you play a Standard or Free Roam Scenario then you get a Speeding notice But in a Career Scenario does not tell you if you are speeding. I don't play Career Scenarios normally so this might have been a fluke Peter
I have the answer! Blacknred81 gave me a clue when he mentioned "points". I discovered that in my Settings/Gameplay menu, The box for "Career Scoring" was unchecked. I don't know how that happened but I checked it and now I get the speeding warning in all Career scenarios.
