No Tail Lamps On Loco Hauled West Cornwall Trains

Spawned in a swallow 47 and no tail lamps are on the end coach. Tried putting one on, but had no success. Spawned in a mail train but again can't put a tail lamp on. What a shame.

 

So annoying, one of the most immersion- breaking features.

When they do remember lamps like in spirit of steam, the lamps are completely wrong with two lamps on the mk1's and incorrect lamps on the brake vans.

 

I never understand why toggle-able tail lamps aren't in the game.. we have what, 4/5 pieces of (UK) rolling stock in the game that have an interactive tail light...

 

It's the same for some of the American routes as well I have noticed. Especially the ones with banking units at the back, therefore not allowing a lamp to be put on the loco, even though some spawn with it on and some don't.

 

Also they made such a good system for tail lamps in TVL, but then never used it again???

 

Ah right, it's odd.. I wouldn't have thought it was a hard thing to implement - to ability to take the tail lights on and off...

 

Rail Head Treatment Train DLC is the worst I've played so far.

Driving the entire length of every route with a flashing tail lamp on the front of your Class 66, and I don't think DTG will ever bother to fix it.

Then again, this has been a problem ever since Great Western Express launched, as many Class 166 trains you pass have tail lamps switched on in the leading cab.

But hey, we got a new DTG community manager this month, because we need more of those instead of actual game developers who can fix things.

 

Oh. Don't even get me started on the RHTT tail light issue.. the amount of services I point blank cannot do because of the front tail light and just how much it bugs me.. And unfortunately as you said, I doubt DTG will ever fix it. It does appear to be route based however.. BCC has it the worst with most other routes only having a few services with that dreaded tail lamp issue.. which is interesting to me......

We can hope and dream but I don't think it'll be fixed.. maybe (and hopefully) I'll be surprised soon though!

 

Been playing Clinchfield and noticing this kind of thing, I was wondering considering how dark it is at night if there was ever anything equivalent to taillights.
