Since the update, some saves do not work properly for me. The game is then loaded without a train. The error does not occur with every train. Am I the only one or is this also with you?
I have not witnessed having no train after saving since the update. I am still running the 64bit version concurrently with ThirdRails
Stick to these rules: - Always save when you are stationary. If you are currently loading passengers, wait until the red bar is full and the task is complete before saving. - Do not save when your train is in between two signal blocks - make sure the end of your train is past any signal. Saving a state in a train simulator is not a trivial thing to do because of the many interacting variables concerning the loco, AI and dispatcher state - many other sims completely miss that feature (Zusi3 due to complex timetables, you can use autopilot and skip time to accomplish for that). In TSW3 it was only reinstated after community protest. (It's not reliable, but you asked for it ) Best to play scenarios in one run. Many workshop authors like Not.Silent or High Iron Simulations split their long scenarios into chunks of 30-40 minute scenario parts which is a better thing than relying on savegames.
No, this is a special feature and I don't think the OP is referring to that. I'm talking about normal game saving during a scenario, when most of the AI have left their initial starting positions.
An example: Route Riesa - Dresden -- Career Scenario1 "On to Risa", after saving in the station you have directly no more train set after loading. or Route: Leibzig -Dresden Career Mission1 ICE-T or Straßbourg-Karlsruhe Career Mission 7 DB BR 146 Some locomotives work others do not Example: Route Riesa - Dresden -- Career Scenario1 "On to Risa" with BR 101 not work same Route Career Mission 3 with BR 189 load works wonderfully I think that the fault lies with the locomotives And it also seems to affect only the career Szenaien.
Me too. I stopped playing Frankfurt - Koblenz, because I couldn't find scenarios less than 45 minutes.
I know there is a fault with the AFB - Speed Selection with the DB 101 but you should be able to drive it manually.
Yes, the vR locomotives have problems with AFB. But this has nothing to do with the correct loading of the savegame.
