Xbox Series X No Trains/routes Available

    I have TSW4 on XBox GamePass. No trains or routes are showing. Can only play the tutorials. I have three add ons installed, but zero options to load a game or a route. Any suggestions please.

    East Coast Main Line, the LNER Class 801 Azuma and Class 66 freight locomotive
    S-Bahn Vorarlberg and the ÖBB 4024
    Antelope Valley Line, the Metrolink F125 and Rotem Cars

    I can see they are installed as add ons, but in routes and trains nothing shows.

    If they're installed they should be there. Weird.

    Is it only the Training Centre that shows up?

    Yes only training centre. They all show as installed.

    Unfortunately, I can't figure what the problem may be. Try logging a ticket with Dovetail Support, they may be able to help (although you probably won't get an answer for a couple of days as it's weekend).

    Hi there - curious as to whatever came of this as I'm seemingly experiencing the same issue on XBSX.

    Have close to 30 routes and suddenly only half of them appear selectable since the update. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail with the exception of one route (Cane Creek). What's also strange is that my profile progress has regressed also. My medal count has dwindled significantly as if my progress in the missing DLC never happened. When I got Cane Creek back it bumped my medals up a bit in accordance with what I'd done in the route already by about 20 or do.

    Please note that there were major Xbox outages earlier in the week, which may have affected the game licence server. This will check to see whether you have the correct permissions to play digital content regardless of whether it is installed or not. If you have completed the normal troubleshooting steps, please reach out to Xbox Support, as they may need to manually update your account.
