Hey guys, none of my trains are moving when I try to get them to move in Quick Drive or in any mode. The horn and bell also aren't working. I can move the breaks around and the reverser but not the throttle. Any idea what's causing this? I would appreciate any help or advice I can get.
Going to need more detail on what is you are having issues with, there are many different locos and all do not operate the same. Also if you go the Academy and tutorials they should help in getting your locos moving.
It's mostly third-party content and a few DTG locomotives, basically when I press the throttle to move, nothing happens. When I press the horn or the bell, it doesn't make a sound. Does that happen to any of you?
Specifics... Some locos start up without their engines on, some need the master key turning, some have other things you need to do to get them moving This is a simulator after all so some trains simulate not being able to move when you get in them, which is how it would be in real life until you did certain tasks
I know that, I've been playing the game since 2014. The engine moving physics do not react to the throttle being moved forward or the horn being pressed, that's what's happening.
If you are in Free Roam is there a Driver Icon on the trains you wish to drive - if not you can not drive them You need to go in to the Editor and add a Driver Icon to those you wish to drive. I can only drive the two nearest trains as the other three do not have a Driver Icon Peter
