We are getting the Manchester to Crewe line already at some point in the future, albeit only to Alderley Edge (including the Styal Line and Manchester Airport branch). Unlikely to get all (or any for that matter) of the others, especially with unrealistic number of trains you've listed.
Yeah better to pick one line which is manageable to build and maybe only needs one or two new locos to fill up most of the services. Then they can always build from there.
