I have already completed the compulsory introduction scanerio. Whenever I want to drive on the route, it automatically takes me to a scenario therefore, I cannot run livery editor, scenario editor, timetable etc.
Go into settings. Almost at the bottom you'll find an option 'Auto-load Journeys'. Turn that off and don't forget to 'Apply'. That should solve your problem!
