PS5 Not Having This Now Dtg.

    Okay I’m gonna say it how it is. Or how I feel about DTG now.

    It’s no surprise to hear from many past DTG customers about the lack of fixes with past content.
    Even now TSW5 I can’t use and now DTG have blanked work which has caused my PS5 to completely freeze. Sending me blocks to my PS5 system. And I’m not having it no more.

    Fed up with the constant rush of new games yet endless excuses or issues left unresolved and the same will be the same for TSW6 this time next year. A mess like TSW5 and now my system.
    Leave feedback here and there even people raising tickets but get a getting nothing.

    DTG you have broken my PS5 I can’t not shut it down, It crashed sent an error report but went back to loading screen now broken my PS5.

    WHAT ARE YOU PLAYING AT????. I have mental health conditions and what you have done is completely unacceptable to make a person suffer like this.

    You have targeted me and obviously want to shut me down.
    After the messages left with DTG Matt how is aware if my issues as he did respond to find out.
    Well I didn’t find out what the crack was and nor do I now. Why blank when you could just explain.

    And by blanking GBR of the side of train mean everyone else will have work blanked or removed?.
    If not then why just me?.

    Yes this might seem a rant but right now with my PS5 broken and when trying to use the class 395 which is blanked. That’s caused my PS5 system to fail.

    YOU BROKEN MY PS5 DTG?
    If you don’t care will Sony?.

    Yep I can not shut it down my controller or by the front button on the console. PS5. It’s frozen completely with this screen.

    What are you going to do about this? I’m waiting. You have sent data that has caused this issue.
    Is that what a paying DTG customer gets now. Bullied and with broken systems.

    I’m really sorry to hear about what’s happened and how distressing this experience has been for you, that sounds incredibly frustrating, especially with your PS5 locking up like that. I can absolutely understand why you’d be upset.

    First and foremost, please know that nothing in our games targets individual players like that. We haven’t received any similar reports from other PS5 users, which suggests that what happened might be an isolated or system-specific issue. Still, we take every report seriously and would like to help if we can.

    If your PS5 has frozen, we recommend fully powering it down by holding the power button for around 10 seconds until it shuts off completely. After that, try restarting the console in Safe Mode and using the “Rebuild Database” option, which often helps resolve cases where the system has locked up after a crash.
