Yea i know how it's possible but that's not my point now. My point is that the dopplestock cab car with a DB 182 at the rear still doesn't work.So we had to pay for a new game and yet what was broken in TSW3 is still broken.More fixes really? This isn't a new issue it's been know for over a year+ yet it still needs fixed.
Which sadly is one of the reasons for all the route itself looks nice, I will probably never again give disc space to RT. And they still have the nerve to charge £24.99 for it. Should be on permanent sale at £2.99!
The thing is with DTG released DLC content.... After release there will be always 1 or 2 post release patches and thats is it, for most cases unless they need to work with the particular DLC content in other projects. Stuff that is not fixed within that timeframe probably never will be. Whoever buys DLCs for this game have to embrace and accept it, or should always wait a couple weeks.... month before buying it to see in what state the final result will be. Buying any TSW content on release is literally a lottery in terms of what you get and your satisfaction on your experience. If thats worth your personal time and money go for it and enjoy the content right away from launch. If you prefer (eventually) more polished products.. then wait and observe, judge afterwards.
Strange, beside I dislike RT for worst in/cabin sound (no rail sound) the 182 work fine (on xbox/x) I can drive it in timetable as well, PIS works if setuped from cabcar (from loco shot off itself) , doors works just fine. Only 182 cabin sound is the same to silent. BTW Irealised RT have LZB route sytem working and 182 engages LZB in cabin as well.
Is this in TSW4? I fixed that issue with the dosto's not releasing their throttle interlocks... what service etc are you looking at? The fix isn't out yet in TSW3 so if you're on there, it'll come in the patch - but if you're on TSW4 i'm expecting that to be working so let me have more details please! Matt.
The DB 182 works fine it's the cab car that the issue it act likes it has no connection to the 182.Note just for the record this hasn't alway been like this since it's release it did work.One of those pesky well intentioned updates messed it up. BTW Matt what the procedure for releasing this interlock you speak of?
Yes its the cab car - the symptom USED to be that the red box around the the power indicator on the HUD stays lit up telling you that the throttle interlock is on so you can't take power no matter what you do. That's what I fixed. Is that what you're still seeing?
Pleasantly surprised to hear the cab car might’ve had a fix. Anybody know if the red 182 still causes red lights on Dresden? (I think that was a thing, but maybe I’m dreaming that one up?)

Yesterday the DB 182 cab car had no interest in moving the train.BUT i just redownloaded the route today after matt said it should be fixed to try again but unless this change happened in the last 24 hours i can tell you it didn't work yesterday i had downloaded just a few days ago.BUT i just tried a 5 car with DB182 on training grounds and it worked yea i was shocked to.Also tried it on rapid transit 3 car and it worked again.BUT i'll have to keep trying it on other routes and modes just to be sure this isn't a fluke.
Awesome - not sure what happened there then. Only thing I can think of is that there may be another rogue cabcar with an issue and its coming in via substitution or something. I thought i'd checked them all and only that one had the issue but maybe there's another. If you come up with a repro please do let me know
This was a 767 cab car that was said to be with rapid transit.As far as i know it was the issue.I haven't had issues with other cab car/loco combos yet.BUT i'm not really wanting anymore.But if we do will let you know.
