I'd be grateful to the wider community if someone could help me before I go insane... I'm building a fairly simple route to try my hand at the editor, so far it's a small yard with some mainline track leading away, but not much complete yet...my issue is that no matter what I do, all my semaphore signals show as ON whenever I play the scenario for my route. I have tried every track combination, watched numerous YouTube tutorial vids and placed Link 0, 1 and/or 2 pretty much every place possible. Still, on every occasion, with every point protected and every 'block' empty, my small network has every signal 'stuck' at danger. I've been grappling with this for weeks! Bizarrely, my small ground shunting signals seem to be indicating correctly in the yard when I switch points around manually. But as soon as I place distant and home signals, not a one of them works. Please someone help! This issue (presumably of my own making) is turning me off just as I thought I had got to grips with the editor. TIA Wheato
Have you added buffer lights at the ends of all the track? These have links that help close the signalling circuit, which might help.
This might help as it tells you about signal placing https://sites.google.com/a/railsimd...simulator-signalling/setting-up-using-signals And these videos The refer to TS2014 and TS2015 but it is still the same game
