The NS Horseshoe Curve route should have some new locomotives added. I'd like to suggest the AC44C6M rebuild locomotives. NS rosters 881 AC44C6Ms that were rebuilt from older C40-9 Narrow Cab units, C40-9W units, and C44-9W units. The AC44C6Ms received new cabs, AC-traction motors, and upgraded electrical, control, and engine systems. NS's AC44C6M rebuilt project was done at their Juniata Shops in Altoona (on the HSC route). A couple of NS's AC44C6Ms were painted gray with a blue cab and zigzag section that is reminiscent of Sonic the Hedgehog. The other special livery is a black version that looks like Shadow the Hedgehog. NS recently (on June 8) repainted #4822, an AC44C6M in a red and black livery that honors railroaders on NS. If DTG or a 3rd Party adds the NS AC44C6M to TSW4's HSC Route, the pack should include the Sonic-bonnet and Shadow-bonnet units, the #4822 "Honoring Our Railroaders unit, and the classic black version, along with some new modern rolling stock for HSC.
