Can i run this game with this graphics card above i am looking at buying a gaming tower and this is the graphics available any help will be gratefully received by any members i look forward to your replies i have also looked at NVIDIA GTX 1650 its hard work knowing whats best PLEASE HELP

Not a fast card, and that low VRAM will cause lots of stuttering as new tiles are loaded I woudl imagine.
The 1650 has twice the amount of video ram (usually 4gb), and judging from various websites and benchmarks on youtube, it is easily twice as fast as the 1030. If those are your only two options, get the 1650.
