So coming into Newark Penn station on the 656 Harrisburg to NY Penn service, just diverged on a limited clear slowing down from 45 to 35 for the upcoming speed reduction, ACSES alarm goes off, and it won't acknowledge despite being under the 35 MPH speed limit. It also doesn't give me a penalty brake. So I come to a stop to service the station, alarm still going off. I step off the train and you can still here it outside, but not when your inside the ACS-64 or the coaches (besides the cab car). I can't upload a video of it because this website doesn't like apparently. Once your clear the speed restriction, the alarm does finally turn off.
