I've only recently been working through the Mastery for Northeast Corridor: New York - Trenton, and found that the Tier 2 Mastery is (apparently) unachievable, specifically the "Hard Times" task. I searched the forums to see if this has been addressed or a workaround discovered. But only a single post came up with a mention of the same issue, that within an unrelated thread. So I'll post it here. The task asks to complete 3 scenarios of difficulty 4 or higher. However, only 2 of the 5 scenarios on this route meet this criteria.
