hopefully in the near future this Line will come to life into the Game of TSW with great views on the train ride or platform towards the city and urban area in the back away from the city it really would capture NYC Manhattan & Brooklyn & Queens. 6911E78F-807B-4876-8F8C-2590ADD96EFA.jpeg DA274979-2A68-4202-B90E-207EBEE7E6F0.jpeg ECA6C335-19E7-45F6-B6E8-B9F800A18D34.jpeg J/Z is the Jamaica line mainly throughout its route while the M is half because it goes onto The Myrtle Avenue line which it’s by it’s self. these lines are mostly outside elevated beside the last 2 stops of the Jamaica line. The Jamaica line has 3 Tracks, 2 local tracks & 1 Express track in the middle is for Rush hour am & pm. The J train Runs 24/7 from Broad st in Manhattan to Jamaica Center in Queens total 30 stops altogether J Train . the Z train only used during rush hours as an express. The M train Runs 24/7 as well but late nights. sometimes it has a shorter route which from Metropolitan Avenue to Myrtle Avenue in Queens/Brooklyn which make it a shuffle bc it’s only has 8 stops. On weekends it goes from to Metropolitan Avenue to 96 st in Manhattan total of 25 stops which is extended to that route it mostly does that on weekends or special occasions. It’s regular normal route is from Metropolitan Avenue to Forest Hills 71st total of 36 stops. The Rolling Stock of the J/Z train they share each other Train sets Which manly using its brand new R179 car sets that got into service in 2017 and while R42 got into in hit service 1969 & R32 got into service in 1964. while the M train using only R160A got into service 2006. Watch this video of The J/M/Z train Action.

Timelapse 10x speed Broad street to Jamaica

Anyone want to take a look at full here it is Jamaica to Broad street
    cheers enjoy .

    From Broad street to Jamaica

To skip tunnel go 9min for iconic Willamsburg bridge action

    Info on Willamsburg bridge:https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Williamsburg_Bridge

Basically a lirr route through the heart of NYC.Please DTG consider this proposal!!

    All 5 trains:

I think it’s a perfect route for TSW it’s a short route more outside views to see around from the driver seat & the station platforms. It has a. short portion in the tunnel multiple rolling stocks like 5 different type of trains to choose from to drive.

This should be very good on the Jamaica Line. As well as the M line between Metropolitan in Queens & Essex in Lower Manhattan, and shuttle service northeast of Myrtle-Broadway on late night. And some J service will start to Queens, from/to Manhattan at Broadway Junction in Brooklyn.

I know I would love these trains even tho it looks the same of what we got today besides the front and interior design outside on side looks the same lol. The MTA should let it happen if they allowed DTG to make the LIRR AND MetroNorth routes can allow nyc subways lines in the game

The Jamaica J/Z lines don’t use R62’s. R62/A’s are Restricted to use on ONLY the A Division (numbered lines)

R211’s will not run on the J/Z lines. They are coming in to replace the R46’s.

I think they should focus on either 1 Train at a time or one line.

Such As: Lexington Ave Line 4,5,6 or just the 6. JMZ all in one is a big project

True that’s why I pick the J M Z trains line they mostly outside throughout they journey. The route ain’t that long as terms of length like the other trains route.

I'm personally a fan of the 1 line. (TheR62Fan is the username I carry for most other accounts). I'd love the 1 line in the game. It is the original subway line from 1904. It is also elevated all the way to Dyckman St, where it then goes underground. [IMG]
The line continues as the local for the 7av line @96 St, the 2 and 3 lines run express from the Bronx and the East Side, respectively.
Later in lower Manhattan, the 1 line splits off to continue towards the financial district, and the 2 and 3 go to Brooklyn. It ends in South Ferry, although it'd be cool if we could have the old loop station as well.

I do think the J, M, and Z is a pretty cool proposal, and the variety of rolling stock (4 different car types) allows for more fun and enjoyment, while driving the 1 line is just R62 after R62, except for the R142s from the 2 train as AI.

Also, something that is probably the reason why rapid transit is not modeled for TS2020 or TSW is because there's no variety in services. There is no freight, just picking up and dropping off passengers, rinse and repeat. People would get bored instantly. So the way to combat such an issue would be to model MOW services and garbage trains.

That’s true no freight train but they do have garbage trains, Geometry trains, work trains, water pump trains, vacuum trains, all different type of trains. I love The R62/R62A

Actually The 1 Line is mostly R62A’s with the exception of 1/2 sets of R62’s

This would be great to implement in TSW2020. Having a variety of equipment such as the Work trains and Garbage Trains would be a plus. If the #1 subway line were to be featured in TSW2020, it would be great if they can have R62/R142 for the #2 and #3 line spawning on the express tracks. For now, we have OpenBVE to cover the subway area. With the addition of the track following object in OpenBVE, the subway operation is definitely advancing. I really hope the NYC subway can someday make it's way into TSW 2020.

I think it’d be easier to do just the J/Z lines (Especially now that there are only R160’s/R179’s since the R42’s we’re retired)

Adding the M would add more of a challenge to build the rest of the route in Manhattan and Queens. The J/Z are basically the same route and I think they should release the routes like B/D/F/M, J/Z, A/C/E in the trunk lines.

You’ll be lucky you stand as much chance as anyone else requesting things trying playing the lottery you’d have more chance of winning that than getting what you want here though that said it’s ok to dream sunshine

They should do it on the 6 line. With 27 underground stations between Brooklyn Bridge in Lower Manhattan & Hunts Point Ave in the Bronx & 11 elevated stations inside the Bronx along Westchester Ave. With R62A & R142A fleets, and a weekday express service inside the Bronx.

The only problem the 6 line has is that it's the East side equivalent of the 1 line. It only runs R62As. The R142/As could be used as AI.

True, prior to the 7 line getting CBTC, the 6 line had the first batch of R142A's. The only time an R142 or R142A may be found on the 6 line now would be if there is a Weekend G.O. or a major reroute in service, if I am correct. Having R142 or R142A would be good if they implement the 4 and 5 line as well in TSW.

The entire Lexington Ave line would be nice. Including the branch offs to Utica Av and Jerome Av. line (4), Flatbush and Dyre Av. (5), and the Westchester Av. - City Hall (6)

Someone pulls emergency breaks on j train R42

Shoutout to (FAN RAILER)check him out on YouTube

I also would like to take this time to say thank you to everyone helping and supporting the j,m,z "elevated" subway lines you guys are awesome all of you!I honestly would like to see all nycta, the biggest and busiest transit system in all of North America in tsw lol.I personally think this is the best introduction to nycta b division trains because it not being mainly tunnel.Native and non native newyorkers can experience multiple scenic and iconic features NYC has to offer, such as all weather/seasons in urban elevated tracks,Hudson river, willamsburg bridge, parks highways, and right before ending your trip in Manhattans tunnels the famous most iconic NYC "skyscrapers".

Thank you DTG for your hard work and dedication for making peoples dreams come true including mines.Much love and respect from NYC gt out

Though I'm an IRT fan, I would love any route in the game. All the lines are not even that long compared to mainline trains. The longest is the A to Far Rockaway (think of the journey we could go on)! From Inwood all the way to an Island in Queens. And it's only 32 miles... We also can work out a branding deal with the MTA since we have Metro-North in the game. Seriously, what's keeping DTG from creating a rapid transit route!

The 6 doesn’t run R142A’s anymore, only R62A’s. All of the 6 line’s R142A’s were moved to the 7 Line for CBTC and the 4 Line for extra Rolling Stock.

With Jamaica already in TSW with LIRR, this could be great for expanding the route, but with another line!

The Metro North and LIRR have already been represented by DTG. I think the license is there already, it's only up to them to build a route.

Great proposal. This is a very unique route since it is mostly elevated, and you get some unique landmarks like the Williamsburg Bridge. There's also a lot of history on this route as you can see the buildings where Jay-Z lived and also a major yard in East New York. The J/Z skip stop service also makes it more unique and adds some variability to the services, and also yard moves (deadheading or shunting) and maybe even construction projects can lead to scenarios where you're using the middle tracks and skipping stops. Other than the M train and the tracks that connect with the L line, the whole line is pretty much self-contained. I definitely would purchase this if it gets built.

How did u know that? Number one, and number two: this is a very amazing proposal & less than an hour between lower Manhattan & queens.

I'm confused about what your saying. Just to clarify 1. I heard this a while ago by a developer 2. I'm not saying it is a bad proposal. Being a New Yorker I would love this myself. The new M3 cars could be a start for DTG to make a NYC subway DLC. The closest thing we have currently in TSW 2020 to the NYC subway is the LIRR.

Wow that is some dedication my friend. I hope the M3 will feature very great and accurate safety systems.

So all you railfanning fans out there. What are your feelings/thoughts about the R32 type subway car finally being retired after about 56-7 years in service. A ceremonial trip is proposed to occur after the COVID-19 issue. Please no inappropriate comments or swearing.

I while back about summer 2019. Note: Wishlist refers to being on a seperate list in that DTG could implement these NYC subway proposals. Keep in mind that other routes such as: German S-Bahn, UK and other countries routes tend to be more popular therefore being more likely that they will be released first in favor. (Generally Speaking). Take the M3 (Metropolitans) for example, even on Train Sim Classic it seems to me like they are still very popular by the general crowd. Take a look already at how much likes and loves the M3 has already on the Dovetail Live post. Clearly a lot of people love this train.
