Just some thoughts here.. The route design team does such a good job when you come across issues like this example they are extremely jarring and immersion breaking. My suggestion would be... 1. Remove sidewalks, especially on side streets. 2. Remove metal car guards around car parks/parking lots. 3. Remove the parking lines. 4. More blending of textures. 5. Buried rails in crossings and sidings like those found in Peninsula Corridor. Seemingly easy fixes what would add greatly to believability throughout all routes. Issue like these are the sole reason I will return and or not buy a route. All of the news updates, roadmap, streams and transparency are GREAT! Keep up the great work Dovetail.
