When doing services that contain loading the tankers the installation is operable but opening the valve does nothing. The tankers don't fill up, the light stays red and the pump does nothing despite being connected. Other players have confirmed this as well.
Still true in 2023 on TSW3 (XSX). Also fixed "Wait 20 minutes" task description is confusing. You may pretend that you are filling tanks or just walk around for 20 minutes (other scenarios just 10 minutes). But not filling tanks does not give you points, as result you get just silver medal.
