Is off the rails in TSW 3? I was looking for it yesterday and I couldn't find it anywhere. I wanted to drive the steam trains on East Coastway.
When you create a new scenario it is a pre-checked option on the first dialogue box that appears, directly beneath the option to name the scenario.
