WE still had cinders landing in the diapers my mom hung out on the line with clothes pins. And we were at least 100 yards from that small railyard. Others lived right along the tracks. Those images are very clear to me, but our snaps in TSW4 are sharp and clear and to OUR liking. Why not give us the option to see them ? Even let one sneak onto a poster or billboard ? Why not ? I'm sitting a t a PC without my level 32 at a mere level 4. My Peninsula Caltrain has vanished from PS4 altho the TWO add-ons for that route DID travel up to TSW4. My battle on the PS4 is infuriating, How could you not have tested this "UPGRADE" ??? So give us our due ... we only have a license to play, but the DLCs have to travel up from TSW3 to do THAT ! By the way, half your post wasn't necessary and wasn't related to the topic at all. Have you checked the manage content tab to see it is actually installed? I would recommend submitting a ticket. A tip: getting angry and letting that anger in your post isn't going to get you anywhere. Just say a simple, "this content is missing, can this be fixed" The manual not being in French is because it was already a lot of work to write in english. Creating it in french requires it to be translated by someone who speaks French and willing to translate all 125 pages.
The following languages are available in TSW4 according to the store page: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish - Spain, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese. It's not inconsiderate for a user in one of these languages to ask for a manual in said language. It's up to DTG to pay a translator to get it done. Given that the manual was released at the last minute perhaps it may still be in the translation process in the coming weeks. If not, yet another swing and a miss.
Yup, what on earth is with the attitude that DTG are a couple of guys sat in a garage making TSW on their own time. (Well there are a few great peeps at DTG doing that). No disrespect to anyone at DTG, but they’re a large company, selling us a product & I don’t find it a stretch in anyway for them to provide a manual for said product in other languages, where it is sold.
We are looking at localisation, yes - dont have details on languages and timescales yet - there are a couple of logistical challenges (one of which is the way the manual is written makes it damn near impossible to localise, i.e. the tool used) so there's some rework there to get it localisable then it can get sent off. But yes, there is intention to get that done. Matt.
