Again if I may your using the blurring to much. At a distance you won’t see speed. But close up you will. The same as if your on a train and look at trees close by a rushing past. But tress in the distance pass very slow. So it’s the reverse for photos. If you far away then no need for blurring or adding a sense of speed. Yes close up you can do. He’s some for reference. Distance shot. So me from the object. And then this shot would be me close to the object. Hence speed or add motion blur. Add motion blur to close up ONLY, not on distance shots. Speed has no effects from a standing position set at distance. On if say I am on a platform. Rush it’s gone. But from a distance it’s in eye shot for some time. The eye being the Lens of the Camera.
