On XBOX Series X, I have downloaded all my DLC via the store except Tharandter Ramps. This is still showing in the store that I have to pay for it and selecting it goes to the Credit Card Screen. If I go to manage add ons, it allows me to download it, but it does not appear in the game. Happy to wait 24 hours to see if it turns up, but it seems similar to the issue some people are having with RT and GWE.
