Xbox Oncoming Train Bug In Victorville To San Bernardino Scenario

Have been encountering this bug for multiple months now with seemingly no fix in sight. During the scenario “Z-ELPSDG6-04 Intermodal from El Paso to San Diego” it says you’re going from Victorville to San Bernardino but I can’t make it there because about 15 minutes into the journey I run into a red signal with an oncoming train just sitting there. The other train is obviously supposed to be on the leftmost set of tracks before you make it to the signal but for some reason their signals never change from red to allow this to happen. So we both end up just stuck under a bridge staring at each other. I’ve tried waiting (literally for hours) to see if their signal will change to allow them to move to the other set of tracks and it just never happens. Please fix this, it’s been at least 3 months since I first encountered this bug and there’s no way I’m the only one. I even tried reinstalling the game and that did nothing.
