PlayStation Online Sharing Hub

Hey I've been experiencing an issue with the online sharing Hub for some time now. When ever I try to subscribe to a scenario, the circle on the subscribe button just keeps turning and never actually subscribe. I've literally tired everything, I have signed out of dovetail live and then restarted my playstation and then start the game up and then re sign in and no change. I've even cleared the playstation Cache see if that helps and no. I don't know what to do? Please help me thank you.
