How do you like the update of the DB BR 146.2 which was released 3 days ago? Has something changed or has something new been introduced or what?
Personally I was able to up to 160 kmh again, so that worked. Soundwise the update only adjusted some sound artefacts in the looping of sounds, I could not pinpoint the difference though.
I agree with this. I‘m finally able to use it again (couldn‘t bring myself to drive it while its top speed was below what it‘s supposed to be) which is great. The update to the audio was not noticeable to me.
yes, only that the locomotive manages 160 km / h is noticeable. But otherwise nothing has changed in terms of sound, you can hear the loop very clearly, and you can hear the typical scale sound on the DB BR 146.2 in accelerating from 0, But it sounds very choppy.
If you watch the last roadmap stream, Adam is on there talking about taking sound more seriously, and is prepared to re visit preserved stock where theres an issue. Get something detailed on the forums, they will see it.
That sounds great. With only the heavy freight pack to go, I hope we‘ll soon start seeing the promised fixes to the preserved collection.
