I think that there should be a way to disable certain timetables that show up when you go to select a route.

Currently, the way that it works when you have multiple timetables is that when you select a route with multiple timetables, you have to select which one you want to use every time. My suggestion would be to create a way to disable extra timetables that you might never want to use. (Of course, they could be re-enabled at any time).

As an example, the expert BR 101 will require its own timetable. For people who don’t own the regular BR 101, this creates a redundant timetable since the new timetable seems to be just a copy of the old one with the new train inserted. In fact, we’ve seen this happen in multiple cases where new trains are added and can’t be slotted into an existing timetable. The Class 313 is another example.

In addition to streamlining the process of selecting a service, this feature would also make it more clear which timetable is being used when you use the quick drive feature. Currently, it isn’t clear which timetable is being used. For example, on a route like Southeastern High Speed where there’s a regular and reduced timetable, I’d like to ensure that the regular timetable is always being used. By being able to enable or disable certain timetables, it’s no longer a question about which timetable is being used.

Thank you for considering this suggestion!
