Other Operators

Allowing other operators such as cross country, Heathrow express and connect, south western railway to add diversity to the railway this is just an example for the great western DLC, this would be a major project for all dlcs

 

Heathrow express won't be in game cause they won't except DTG having a licence from them.

 

Heathrow connect enters TfL ownership in May this year and Heathrow Express is being incorporated into GWR - so the lack of licensing should be negated by the end of this year.

Especially with TfL and GWR having seemingly good relationships with DTG
