PC Overhead Line On The Ground & Some Weird Shadows On The Train (ska)

I have just seen that on the line Cologne-Aaachen (in the shunting yard Cologne-Hansaring) the overhead line hangs down into the track.
This is only the case with one track.

In addition, a strange shadow has become on the trains entering Cologne Central Station.
This is happening at the level of the shunting yard Cologne-Hansaring too.
