    Neutral section :

A length of electrically isolated or non-conducting material incorporated into the contact wire to completely separate electrical sections of OLE. It may take the form of a short insertion in the contact wire or that of an extended overlap.

I believe there already simulated in tsw. It's just that some modern uk trains control the power on it's own

Only for 3rd rail. Overhead neutral section simulation is not modeled or simulated in tsw. I read that arosa line had it modeled, but doesn't really do anything I believe.

Bring it on and best route for this might be the requested WCML over Shap for a working Neutral Section system. Here's a quote from the TSC forums on Class 87 neutral section.

It's a possibility. Just that it is a long route and takes a while since it also needs new stuff made as well. We can all hope can't we

Unfortunately I believe it was stated in a Birmingham Cross-City stream that there was a neutral section on there but it wasn't modelled, so I'm hoping that it gets added at some point, but I'm not holding my breath
