Upon coupling to the first rake of wagons, a second class 08 is already coupled to the other end. If you try to uncouple this second loco, the game won't advance to the next step. Completing the service leaves this second 08 trapped between two rakes of wagons. Assuming this is not intentional, it would seem the second 08 has been placed instead of a wagon
