Hi again and welcome back to another route suggestion. The route I wanna see now is the Pacific Northwest Corridor. I wanna see This route because it's really similar to those two routes the I had suggested before and I would love seeing these special Amtrak routes. I really hope you agree with me after I suggest this. Other than that, lets get this party started.

    CASCADES
The Amtrak Cascades is a passenger train corridor in the Pacific Northwest. This line is owned by Amtrak. It takes a 467m route from Washington to Oregon. Amtrak Cascades is pulled by an SC-44, and a non-powered F40PH. Although sometimes they can be hauled by P42DCs and Dash 8s but they are just substitute locomotives. The F40PH is used as a Cab-Control car on the way back. The main powered locomotive used to be the F59PHI but it was replaced by the SC-44 in the exact same time as Pacific Surfliner. There are two different types of passenger car consists. One of them has a big bump on the front and back for the F40PH to be the cab-control car and the other with the first car to not have a bump and the back to have a Talgo Cab Car on the end.
    Here's an Amtrak Cascades map.

The SC-44 Charger has taken on so many passenger railroads in the USA. However it is the diesel electric version of the ACS-64. It has the very same horn and really similar cab.
