Xbox Pantograph Mcb Not Closed At Markkleeberg-gaschwitz And Leipzig-connewitz (rapid Transit)

Northbound services starting from Leipzig-Connewitz and Markkleeberg-Gaschwitz have the pantograph main circuit breaker open in TSW2. This was closed by default in TSW2020.

On Dessau Hbf, it is closed when you start a service there...so shouldn't this be consistent across all services? I understand this one was fixed because of a pantograph problem.
