Paranormal Achievement

I do not own this DLC? What is HL?
Which DLC does the abbreviation HL refer to?
I didn't even have TS installed when I got this achievement

 

Huddersfield line and everyone got the achivement

 

Does anybody know why this achievement was given to everyone?

 

Hi Doomotron,

I haven't seen anything pertaining to a bug or something else re this! I had only completed one scenario on the Huddersfield route and decided to run a quick drive using the provided 'Class 158', but on the Liverpool to Manchester route and while driving on there the notification came up?

I received the "honour" when I had only done a "flyby" over the Huddersfield to Mirfield section (I live there). I still haven't started let alone finished a scenario and I have the achievement - worth a lot ain't it!!
