I just find out when when playing RE1 services on SKA with Dostos Cabcar from FTF you can find Paris Nord (Gare du nord) in the PIS. Do you think it’s a foreshadowing of a potential Thalys train being worked on ? Knowing that we will get Ai TGV subs those services in the new timetables being worked on…
If this was a recent change, then speculation would naturally point to the fact we have getting our first Dutch route soon. Thalys, does indeed drive in the Netherlands. Though I am not sure if they drive on the specific route we are getting. So for now, it is probably a mishap.
Strange indeed (German off-map destinations should be Gare de l'Est), good call on the Dutch route! Do we know already in which year it'll be set? Thalys is Eurostar nowadays
Bubble bursting time here. It has been stated elsewhere that SNCF are no longer prepared to sanction or license routes based on their network and trains, so the PIS is purely cosmetic. Sadly.
On the Salzburg-Rosenheim at the Rosenheim station at 10:10 AM at platform 5 stops the EC 87 that connects Munich with Venice Santa Lucia. Five minutes later (10:15) Another EC, the 85 always coming from Munich with destination Bologna Centrale will stop at platform 3. Both services will be operated by the BR 101 with cab-car if you have the dlc 101 expert, otherwise the cab-car will not be present. Obviously they are both IA services that at the first junction will go south towards Kufstein, Innsbruck, Brenner. Several trains to Italy are present on the Mainz-Koblenz for both the 103 (Dortmund-Milan) and the 110 (Koln-Pisa, Dortmund-Milan, Dortmund-Bolzano/Bozen). Here however you can only read it from the timetable. For freight there is the destination Verona Quadrante among the timetables of Kessel-Wurzburg. Will they add Italian routes? Yes, approximately between TSW 45 and TSW 50.
