I don't know about you but I find it fascinating to sit in the passengers perspective and ride the train while I'm driving it. This is, sort of, possible by using either the rear or front camera and moving it into the coach but this comes with difficulties. To begin with, some doors are too small for the camera to fit in; whenever you come back to the cab view and then go back to whatever view you used before, it pops up outside the train; you can't sit in the seats so you have to just make do with being in the aisle or gangway. I think this would be a great idea.
No, it's not possible while driving the train. It is possible riding on foot/free roam I would be happy to have a feature Where players can Take seats in the stations and drone mode for more camera opportunities
You can kinda do this already if you can move the camera inside the train but it would be from the perspective of a standing passenger by the doors... a rather realistic experience for the average British rail commuter. An actual fixed position like TSC as mentioned by others would be great.
