Passengers Dont Go Into The Train And The Ones Leaving It Remain Stuck

I dont have any Frame problems or something. Playing the game on ultra with 60 Frames but the Passengers are pretty Bugged for me. Its really ruining the immersion a lot for me. Do you guys experienced the same issues? Im pretty much driving a ghost Train, nobody is inside after holding on 1-2 stations. Pictures below.
