Just got the Edinburgh to Glasgow route, trying to start a timetable run despite the doors being open passengers don't load so the game can't continue. Presumably user error, but can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have 1 Turned on the master key 2 Turned on the screen 3 Set reverser to forward 4 Opened the doors The doors are open, can see from external view, and if I close the doors it just says to unlock doors. The train will start, but it's still saying load passengers (and there's no passenger loading graphic - the yellow barber pole). Any suggestions appreciated.
I think at Edinburgh there is a line with platforms on both sides. If so, try opening the other side's doors.
Thanks for the reply. Sadly that's not it... There's another train the other side. As an update, I've tried different timetables and both the three and four car variant and it's the same for all. Also tried a run from the depot into the station and ran up against a red signal after 100 yards and contacting the signaler does nothing (as in not even a response). I guess it may be a corrupted download, or I'll be heading back to steam for a refund.
