Im having bug with passengers, sometimes when i start timetable, the passengers are in the train at depot, or sometimes they dont even get on the train when doing passenger service.
It’s not a bug, the passenger AI just isn’t done very well. This is something DTG has been pretty open about and have said they want to make better. Edit: not saying there aren’t any bugs related to passengers, such as passengers flying away or standing on top of light fixtures, but what you are describing is just normal passenger stuff.
This isn't a bug this has been a thing since TSW1 & it's very annoying. I believe in the next few months DTG is going to fix the passengers & make them more advanced
