I just purchased this Route can anyone tell me why I see these flickering marks in the sky?

 

Some route from RSSLO do the same for me.
Do not know why.

I cured the problem by using the AP weather Pack and their Time of Day files

 

Some of RSSLO's routes can have odd sky effects, as you've noticed.

I find that if you switch on Dynamic Clouds they go.
